The Austrian Film Commission is called FILM in AUSTRIA. The aim is to secure Austria's competitiveness as a popular film location and to increase the interest of international productions in Austria. It offers customized information, support and consulting free of charge regarding international movie, TV and advertising film productions and informs about potential film funding. FISAplus is Austrian’s main funding program for the film sector. It supports international and national films and series (service productions) in the field of cinema, TV & streaming. The scheme represents a grant of up to 35% grant, the maximum amount per feature film being €5m. Besides, there are numerous funding possibilities on the regional level in Austria.
