The Tax Shelter is a government-approved incentive on the national level, which offers tax benefits to Belgian companies investing in almost the full range of audiovisual productions. The Tax Shelter can enable a funding up to 25-30% of the total qualifying expenses in the EEA and up to 40-45% of the Belgian-eligible expenses. On a regional level there are several Economic and Cultural Funds.
