The Film Agency was established 2014 with the main goal of the developing and promoting the film industry in the Republic of North Macedonia in order to make it attractive for national and international film projects, including international film co-productions.

As a financing incentive of projects for features, shorts, documentaries and animated films, the Film Agency offers a rebate of 20% of the gross costs incurred in the Republic of North Macedonia for the realization of a film or television project. The minimum cost incurred must be €100.000.
