Poland

The Polish Film Institute cooperates closely with the many regional film funds and local film commissions spread over the country. The several commissions build a network to leverage most effectively all advantages of each region. The overall aim is to push the Polish film sector, nationally and internationally by offering all kinds of financial, logistic, administrative and communication support. Managed through the Polish Film Institute, Poland offers a very interesting cash rebate incentive programme. Film-makers can apply for 30% of rebate on eligible cost incurred in Poland. The minimum spending for feature films is PLN 4m (€900k/ $1m). The total annual budget PLN 108m (€24m/ $27m).
